I was very pleased with the legal services Joseph provided for a sensitive family law issue. As a women I was skeptical about retaining a male to represent me in my case. After reading Joseph's reviews I felt at ease, with a fair amount of women clients he has represented. After everything was said and done, it was a great decision. My case was handled better then expected, and I even received money back from my retainer fee. Other attorneys would have found a way to use those funds as billable hours, but not Joseph. He's a straight shooter, and very honest.Ladies, he's the right attorney for your case!

Mr. Beale is by far the best attorney I've ever worked with. He is thoughtful in framing legal arguments and passionately represented me. He was always extremely prepared for hearings. I have found that many attorneys call you the day before the hearing and then improvise. Mr. Beale is just the opposite. Joseph responded to my inquire very quickly. I contacted other attorneys in my area, and I never heard back. I guess I was too small of a client.
